It has two-way rotation and speed adjustment functions for the
grinding chassis and head. Touch screen program control,
intuitive and friendly user interface, grinding and polishing
machine with a single disc diameter of 250 to 300mm.
QPOL FA has an automatic grinding head with 6 pressure
actuators, a pneumatic interlocking system and can quickly
change the jig. This is an excellent device for use in a
metallographic laboratory that requires rapid grinding and
polishing of 1-6 different samples simultaneously or
individually.

You can additionally purchase a central pressurizing fixture to
quickly switch to the central pressurizing system, and can also
purchase customized functions (FA PLUS).
One-click cleaning function
Just press a button to start the cleaning function. After five seconds
of cleaning, it will automatically accelerate to full speed for drying.
Programming control
Each main program can accommodate up to six subprograms.
Users only need to replace the grinding disc or polishing cloth
according to the program requirements to start.
