The cutting chamber is coated with 
a special coating that is easy to flow and clean, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
The water outlet is equipped with a magnet adsorption tool to filter iron filings first. Spindle speed 2800 rpm (optional : changeable)

One-touch automatic feed, automatic retraction after cutting is completed, or automatic retraction (horizontal direction) after using the stop key. Fixed feed speed, rapid retraction after completion. Optional PLC control is used to set the feed speed and feed mode.
The feed stroke is fixed to match the fixture stroke, optional : PLC Control
The patented cutting fixture design allows for quick replacement of the fixture without repositioning the tool. Various sizes of fixtures are available for cutting or clamping screws. (Opnational T-slot table)
External cleaning water tank can be used to clean the cutting chamber
